Job description
Roles and Responsibilities :-
A. Mortgage Documentation (Loan Against Property and Home Loan):
1. Verification of Title Search Report, Title Deeds, Mutation, CERSAI etc. for Pan India
2. Drafting / Vetting of loan and security documents viz. Facility Agreement, Memorandum of Entry, Deed of Guarantee, POA, Undertakings etc.
3. Coordinating with internal teams for successful resolution of queries
4. Coordinating with external counsels for aforementioned activities
5. Assisting the team in other activities (including litigation related work) as assigned by superiors
Desired Candidate Profile
- LLB from a recognized University with min 2-5 yrs of experience in Mortgage Loans
- Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and norms
- Good communication (both verbal and written) skill in both English and the local language.
- Sound knowledge to work on MS Office
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Strong written, verbal, analytical and presentation skills
- Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of staff throughout the company.
- High level of personal energy and enthusiasm.
