Job Description

• Title Due Diligence with respect to land acquisitions and takeover of ongoing projects.
• Drafting of Customer Documents such as Sale Agreement, Construction Agreement, Sale Deeds and handling registration, online uploading Formalities.
• Coordination with Liaisoning team for preparing documentation for statutory approvals, Sanctions from Authorities such as CMDA, Greater Chennai Corporation, DTCP, RERA, CMWSSB.
• Coordination with counsels for legal opinion of projects
• Attending police enquires with respect to complaints filed on behalf of company or by third parties and amicably resolve the issues.
• To resolve the issues regarding land revenue records patta, chitta issue and coordinated with thasildhar offices, survey and settlement offices, etc.,
• Drafting of Various contracts with respect to execution of projects.
