Position: Legal Manager
Qualification: LLB
Experience: 3 to 5 years
Location: Ahmedabad

Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
1) Follow up and coordination of all documents related to recovery
work with clients and lawyers and our outsourcing agents.
2) Drafting of demand notices, settlement deed and agreements
/contracts
3) Keeping track and follow up of all on going court cases in the
various NCLT and MSME
4) Following up of the rejoinders or reply with the various clients
and legal team
5) Preparing of petitions for MSME matters or NCLT matters
where it’s emergency or where there is no option available
(Proper training shall be given)6) Any other office work relating to recovery and legal matters
7) If need arises and in Emergency situation appear on behalf of
our advocate in NCLT as a proxy or otherwise
8) At your choice to appear in NCLT or in MSME to learn as well
as to take up the matters. (unless it is Emergency) _this shall
help you to learn and get experience of NCLT procedures
9) Filling of matters with NCLT / MSME
10) Coordinating with clients and maintaining the review of all
cases on daily or biweekly basis.11) Coordinating with our associate lawyers and keeping track of
work and do the needful for completion of work between the two
hearings by coordination between clients and the lawyer team
and drafting of needful replies and rejoinders.

Your primary task should be to ensure that all legal matters of
recovery are running smoothly and wherever they are legging to
expedite the matters as well as to remove the bottle necks and
intervene wherever the intervention is required and ensure that
the system fulfils as per standards.

be required during the course of job.
