Job Description

• Drafting 13(2), 13(4), Auction notice, Sale notices, sale confirmation notices
• Drafting replies on behalf of organization
• Good understanding of Recovery NPA legal process.
• Follow - up with borrowers for repayment of loan through call and visits to borrowers place
• Resolving queries of borrower regarding loan repayments
• Attending court hearing on behalf of company as an authorized officer
• Processing of vendor bills and follow up for early payments
• Taking symbolic and physical possession of the properties handled portfolio banks
• Co ordination with advocates for case discussions and draft finalization13(2) notice drafting,
• Drafting replies to 13(2) notices 13(4) notice
• Drafting Original application, Securitisation Application, Appeals.
• Drafting all types of notices, applications
• Handling DRT proceedings, litigation related complete court work.
• Handling trademark proceedings in Civil Court
• Handling Civil and District court proceedings like trademark suits, 138 cases.
• Appearance before DRT, NCLT, Civil Court, District Court, High Court.
• Handled Filling and verification of Sec. 14 before DM, CJM
• Handling High court matters related to special civil applications, misc. application, civil suits
• Drafting applications and other related notices
• Appeared before CMM court in the matters of Sec 138 cheque bounce.
• Looking after the backend work like issuing 13(2) notices and publications of the same;
• Issuing the 13(4) notices;
• Preparing the possession notices (symbolic & physical) on behalf of bank.
• Vetting the draft of sec 14 applications;
• Processing vendor bills & Agency Bills;
• Processing the vendors agreements;
• Maintaining the MIS of litigations pending before CMM Court, DRT, DRAT, High Court in
