Position: Legal Manager
Qualification: LLB,LLM
Experience: 4 to 8 years
Location: Bangalore

Job description
1. Legal Advisory: Provide expert legal advice and counsel to senior management and various departments within the company on matters related to contracts, corporate law, employment law, intellectual property, regulatory compliance, and other legal issues.
2. Contract Management: Review, draft, and negotiate contracts with clients, suppliers, vendors, and other third parties. Ensure that contracts are in compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
3. Regulatory Compliance: Monitor changes in laws and regulations that may impact the company\\\'s operations and ensure compliance with all relevant legal requirements.
4. Risk Management: Identify potential legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Advise on potential legal consequences of business decisions.
5. Dispute Resolution: Handle and oversee the resolution of legal disputes and litigation involving the company. Work with external legal counsel when necessary.
6. Intellectual Property: Oversee the protection of the company\\\'s intellectual property rights, including trademarks, copyrights, and patents.
7. Corporate Governance: Ensure compliance with corporate governance principles and regulations. Assist in the preparation and filing of corporate documents.
8. Employee Relations: Advise on employment law matters, including contract preparation, termination, and handling of employee disputes.
9. Training and Awareness: Conduct legal training for employees to enhance their understanding of legal issues and compliance requirements.
10. External Counsel Management: Manage relationships with external law firms and legal service providers, ensuring efficient and cost-effective services.
11. Policy Development: Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to develop and update company policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and best practices.
