Direct Responsibilities
- Drafting and vetting of Replies and Agreements • Periodical reporting to the management
- Ensure effective implementation of processes set by the Company and Department
Contributing Responsibilities
- Appearing for the court matters
- work on all advisory matters along with Head of legal, help in alignment of processes to bnpp processes
- Apply structured problem solving skills in either roles (litigation team / Non litigation team) to create value for the organization.
- work on various data analysis and mis whether related to litigation or non-litigation
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate and Postgraduate in LLB.
- Practice background and sound knowledge of securities market is must.
- Relevant work experience 4 to 8 years.
- Experience in legal department of broking industry must.
