Job Description

• Stay abreast of changes in laws and regulations affecting the organization.
• Ensure that the company\'s operations comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
• Advise management on legal implications of various business transactions.
• Manage legal disputes and litigation matters.
• Collaborate with external legal counsel when necessary.
• Identify and assess legal risks associated with business activities.
• Develop strategies to mitigate legal risks.
• Develop and implement internal policies to ensure legal compliance.
• Provide training to employees on legal matters.
• Provide legal opinions and recommendations to management.

• Experience in drafting agreements, litigations, working with external Legal Counsel.
