• Act as a liaison between the company and external legal counsels
• Collaborate with internal departments ensuring that the company’s legal requirements are met
• Negotiate and mediate with third parties as a representative of the company in legal matters
• Protect the company against legal risks and violations.
• Examine the legal issues related to new products and services.
• Guide management on regulatory and compliance issues to ensure compliance with legal regulations.
• Developing company policy and position on legal issues.
