Roles and ResponsibilitiesAbout NHA:
National Health Authority (NHA)is the apex body responsible for implementing India’s flagship public health insurance/assurance scheme called “Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana” & has been entrusted with the role of designing strategy, building technological infrastructure and implementation of “National Digital Health Mission” to create a National Digital Health Eco-system. National Health Authority is the successor of the National Health Agency, which was functioning as a registered society since 23rd May, 2018.NHA is governed by a Governing Board chaired by the Union Minister for Health and Family Welfare.Background about NDHM:
TheNational Digital Health Mission (NDHM)aims to develop interoperable IT platform to integrate all digital health solutions in India.It will be UPI equivalent in healthcare. Education: LLB/ LLM (from a national rank university) with 3 years of experience in legal domain.Conducting legal analysis and researching legal matters.Providing advice on legal matters.Drafting legal opinions, memoranda, and briefing documents.Reviewing legal material.Formulating formalities regarding settlements of disputes.Monitoring the implementation of the legal clauses.Drafting legal documents, structuring solutions for issues, and providing support in legal issues.To prioritize work so that the deadlines can be met and is responsible for gathering the relevant information from various resources by using some effective researching toolsResolution of disputes and participates, recommends as well as drafts new codes that are relevant to the law.Developing and leading legal strategy to promote and protect the company\'s matters.Developing and leading internal audit and corporate compliance programs.Overseeing delivery of legal services and resourcesMaintaining proper corporate interactions with the relevant local, state and federal governmental bodies, legislatures and the community at largeAdvising the NHA Authorities on a variety of issues
