Legal Executive (Non Litigation), 8 to 10 years in Mumbai

Job Description

• LLB from a recognized university with a minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience, with at least three years of experience working in Corporates
• Understanding of various aspects of legal function preferably in a fintech organization
• Presence of highest level of personal and professional ethics and integrity
• Prior experience in team management and handling

• Proficient with Corporate Laws with expertise in providing legal counselling on various issues to business units and verticals;
• Contract Lifecycle Management; Drafting, review and negotiations of various commercial contracts and agreements that includes MSA & SOW Contracts, Service Agreements, Maintenance contracts, Confidentiality Agreements, Vendor Agreements, Manpower Agreements, Software Service Agreement;
• Drafting MOU, POA, Conveyance, Indemnity Bonds, Affidavits, Notices, replies etc. Conversant with the functional aspects of Legal documents;
• Should have good experience in legal strategy and team handling
• Should lead and strengthen the legal team and processes;
• Should have ability to analyze and identify the legal risks and issues
