Legal Executive

Job Description

• Responsible for coordinating with external legal consultants in drafting of agreements, 
• Legal inquiring of all project related documents and contracts in order to prevent any legal issues for the company.

• Coordinate with legal consultants, drafting & execution of various documents, contracts, Agreements,
• Provide quality and timely legal advice.
• Structuring, negotiating, drafting and review of agreements, correspondence and documentation not limited to Term Sheets, Memorandum of Understanding, etc.
• Raising awareness to all levels of employees on contractual and related legal issues;
• Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office and excel, good knowledge of copyright laws and media and entertainment industry practices,
• Ability to work hard and respond within tight deadlines, strong emphasis on good quality, timely and well-presented document, strong ability to plan, multi-task and organize routine work,
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of project, agreements and related transactions
