Legal Counsel

Job Description

• Drafting and reviewing various types of agreements including definitive agreements, NDA\'s, commercial agreements and other documentation pertaining to sales, procurement, Service Providers, real estate, etc.
• Managing litigation, drafting counter affidavit and coordinate with external counsel\'s or law firms.
• Provide legal support to all the business teams
• Help the Organization remain compliant with applicable laws and regulations from time to time.
• Advise the management on all the applicable laws.
