Role : Legal Counsel
Qualification : LLB
Experience : 4 to 5 years
Location : Delhi
Job Description :
Contract Drafting and Negotiation:
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts related to Wind Industry including Supply, BOP, E&C, Supervision and other contracts relating to SCM, IT, HR etc.
- Ensure contracts comply with applicable laws and company policies, while effectively protecting the companys interests.
Legal Advisory:
- Provide legal advice to various departments on a range of issues, including contractual issues, interpretation of laws, risk management etc.
- Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures to mitigate legal risks.
Regulatory Issues:
- Monitor and interpret regulatory changes relevant to the companys operations and advise on compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with external counsel as needed on regulatory matters.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, including business development, operations, finance, HR etc. to support business objectives while ensuring legal compliance.
