Job Description

• Knowledge in Indian Contracts Act
• Knowledge in Arbitration and conciliation Act
• Knowledge in Limitations Acts, Legal Research
• Knowledge in Indian and International Arbitration
• Knowledge in various other relevant Act
• Knowledge in infrastructure project works preferred.
• Drafting and Vetting subcontracts, main contract amendments
• Should possess knowledge in prolongation cost claims
• Knowledge in Extension of Time application.
• Must have knowledge in preparation of Delay and Disruption cost claims.
• Must have a good understanding of infrastructure project works.
• Good understanding of Contract conditions
