Legal Consultant - SRA, 2 to 4 years in Mumbai

Job Description

• The candidate should be LLB with about 5 years of experience.
• The incumbent must have at least 2-4 Years Experience in Real Estate sector.
• The Candidate must have handled SRA project related legal issues, documentation, hearings before competent authority & Additional Collector, High Court Matters, etc.
• Age: Between 25 to 30 yrs (Male Candidate Only)

• Responsible and accountable for all legal issues pertaining to Wadala SRA project.
• Responsible for closure of documentation with slumdwellers, Society including PAAA, Consent etc.
• Handling & appearing for hearings pertaining to 33/38 evacuation, legal heir, transfer process etc.
• Handling project litigation in high court, city civil court, SRA Authorities, Additional Collector, GRC, etc.
• Filing of vakalatnama, drafting of reply to letters/notices, preparing LOD/Notes, pullout judgement/orders/maintain legal MIS etc.
• Coordinate with HOD (legal) & project head & other team members of the project, external law firms.
• To remain updated with various judgements, orders, circulars, GRs, etc, pertaining to SRA.

• Good Legal Proficiency in drafting & litigation
• Sound Knowledge of SRA regulations & laws
• Ability to close documentation with slumdwellers & handle SRA Project legal requirements independently.
