• Associate, Legal tasks:
• PISDA deliverables
• FCM agreement deliverables
• Maintenance of MFN tracker
• Maintenance of IMA tracker
• Update delegation agreements
• Update participating affiliate agreements
• Form D filings
• Blue sky filings
• Sub-advised mutual fund certifications and other deliverables
• Assist with Form PF updates
• Assist with Form ADV updates
• Document management
• Assist senior attorneys on fund launches and SMA onboardings
• RFP support
