Job Description

• Working on various aspects of the Company Law depending on the various cases.

• Represent the company in legal proceedings & knowledge of Corporate Law.

• Candidate is required to do routine work entrusted by Management relating to litigation, non-litigation or land development.

• Candidate must be well versed in Marathi, Hindi and English language and able to read and translate the Government/semi government documents.

• Candidate is expected to be well versed with Computer operating systems and working in MS office & Google sheets

• Law Graduate or 1 years of experience in law firm, candidate can only apply for the post.

• Type up and file basic legal documents and correspondence

• Ability to juggle multiple activities and work under pressure
