Position: Lead Commercial Executive
Qualification: B.com,M.com
Experience: 8 to 12 years
Location: Pune

Job description
Job Responsibilities:
  • Leading a Team, Negotiation, Contracts Management, Customer relations and, Knowledge on SLAs with compliance aspects.
  • Planning for Monthly Cash Flow of Division.
  • Achieve collection targets as per Annual Business Plan.
  • Invoicing/ Billing in Oracle system.
  • Verification and generation of delivery challan
  • Preparation of monthly MIS report.
  • Regularization of collection in system through cash-app.
  • Monitoring and controlling of AR more than 90 Days.
  • Knowledge of Letter of Credits, Bank Guarantees & its modus of operations.
  • Issuance/ extension & amendment of bank guarantees and maintain bank guarantee tracker.
  • Calculation of price adjustment & claiming price adjustment against contracts.
  • Customer visit, travelling to site to resolve the customer issues.
  • Knowledge of taxation like income tax, GST etc. and statutory compliance.
  • Understand execution risk in customer contracts, bank guarantee and letter of credit documentation procedure.
  • Knowledge on escrow account related work with banks.
