Position: Key Accounts Management
Experience: 1 to 4 years
Be accountable for the entire Relationship Marketing of a growing business
Maintaining a strong knowledge of products of the company.
Identifying new business opportunity , setting up meeting with new merchants and bringing them on board.
Finding out what information, products or services the Merchant requires to meet customers needs, providing clear, accurate and relevant information.
Assist in the analysis of customer trends to enhance sales and service management process and pre- requirements
Sales activity planning, including reviewing existing merchant files to identify sales opportunities Responsibilities
Ensuring achievement of sales targets & exploring market potential to increase business.
Initiating structures and briefs for new sales-related communication.
Achieve business targets in terms of generating revenue, enhancing and upgrading the Merchant relationships.
Managing and nurturing the existing relationships to help delivering business volumes.
Monitoring merchant performance and ensure healthy performance of Business.
Improving the overall Merchant relationship, delivering reliable administrative support and customer service.
Coordinating with internal team to ensure end to end process onboarding process is followed.
Acknowledging Merchant promptly and treating them in a courteous manner.
Handle day-to-day team operations of the sales process.
Absorb training & development of new techniques and methods to achieve sales targets.
Technical Skill Set Requirement
Basic understanding of Programming languages (ASP, JSP,PHP,c# etc.)
Good trouble shooting and debugging skills.
Knowledge/ Experience in web based and customer side deployment technologies
Functional knowledge of banking and billing systems and standards will be a plus point
Candidates with experience in IT Marketing preferably of software products
Attitude should be groomed to drive for results, innovativeness, process orientation, analytical thinking and good interpersonal skills
Excellent command over written and spoken English / presentation and marketing skills is a must.
Experience in e-commerce OR payment systems are a plus.
Any Graduate in Computer Science (BSC IT/CS, BCA etc.) (willing to get into marketing)
BMS/MBA or equivalent diploma holders with additional IT qualifications.
