Qualification: B.com
Experience: 14 to 20 years
Location: Mumbai

Job description
Single Point of Contact for the CLIENT India/Local portfolio.
The mainstay of CBREs service delivery with responsibility for delivery of consistent facility management services across the country.
Be familiar with CLIENT policies and procedures as they relate to the assignment, and with the Management Agreement.
Leads regional teams and develops relationships with CLIENT in order to proactively serve the relationship. Bears ultimate responsibility for performance of each asset within the region.
Daily interaction with staff and Business Unit heads with management level responsibility for budgets, SLAs, and process standards.
Provide leadership and direction in all aspects of administering a facilities management department including strategic planning and customer focused programs.
Oversee the administration of multiple contracts for operation and maintenance.
Establish short- and long-range organizational goals, objectives, operating procedures; monitors and evaluates operational effectiveness
Design, establish and maintain staffing and an organizational structure to effectively accomplish the department function.
Work with subordinates in preparing an annual Budget, review budget on quarterly basis, Monthly Management Reports, and Year-end Performance Report.
Recommend, coordinate and/or direct the appropriate utilization of space and the solution of other facility-related issues.
Maintain cooperation and positive relations with building occupants, contractors, public officials and the general public.
Review and/or revises programs in area of responsibility to ensure compliance of operations, regulations, policies, plans and procedures.
Supervises, directly and through subordinates, a number of employees engaged in various operational maintenance and janitorial activities.
Support and provide the leadership necessary to achieve and maintain a standard of professionalism that projects the highest values to the client, vendors, and fellow employees at all times.
