Roles and Responsibilities:
- Existing Customers retention and business growth
- Timely Bill Submission /collection
- Ensure to achieve top line while maintains bottom line
- Regular service level analysis with customers
- Order procurement and vehicle placement
Day to day sales report maintaining.
Visit the client meet & attend the meeting.
Generate the online Billing & submit to the customer format & portal.
Day to day complete the billing.
Outstanding payments follow up with customer & bill wise payment collection settled.
POD follow-up with Branch, Broker & Driver.
