Position: KAM - Asst Manager
Qualification: Qualified in Marketing
Experience: 3 to 4 years
Location: Mumbai

Job description

 Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition
 Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
 Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
 Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
 Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
 Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
 Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
 Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
 Supervising the account teams assigned to each key client.
 Communicating and collaborating with the warehouse, merchandising, marketing, sales, and logistics departments to ensure that key clients’ needs are met.
 Negotiating contracts with key clients and meeting established deadlines for the fulfilment of each client's long-term goals.

Ideal candidate:
 Minimum of 5 years of experience in Key Account Management.
 Should have excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
 Proven experience as key account manager
 Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
 Excellent organizational skills
 Ability in problem-solving and negotiation You have a diploma/degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
 You have strong track record of success within key account management, ideally within the SAAS / Corporate Gifting industry.
 You have experience in delivering client-focused solutions.
 You are highly goal oriented, assertive and a hands-on problem solver.
 You possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
 You demonstrate the ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.

 You can analyse and draw inference from data .
 Familiarity with CRM tools is a must.
