Job description

Candidate\'s profile:
  • Candidates having strong hands-on experience in Internal Audit and strong sectorial experience in Oil and Gas sector.
  • Qualified CA / B.Tech / B.E. is a must.
  • Minimum 1+ years of industry related / relevant consulting experience with in depth understanding of the Internal Audit and Risk Advisory domain.
  • Key areas of expertise expected include project management, cost estimation, quantity surveying, budgeting and accounting.
  • Must have strong local/regional community network and be an active member of trade and professional associations.

Job Profile:
  • The ideal candidate will have strong presentation skills, enabling them to present solutions to clients clearly.
  • They should be comfortable conducting Risk based Internal Audits to establish a good understanding of the business at hand.
  • They should be interested in examining and streamlining processes and recommending best practices from the leading industry to the client, making them more efficient.
  • Facilitate and attend client meetings.
  • Develop Quality Deliverables such as Audit Programs, Test sheets & Audit Report.
  • Present findings to the client concisely and clearly.
  • Identify opportunities for improved processes.
  • Conduct necessary research to establish ideal solutions for client\'s business.
  • Recommend strategic and practical solutions to client problems.
  • Willingness to travel to Middle Eastern & Southeast Asian Countries.
  • A good blend of creative thinking and rigorous analysis in solving business problems.
  • High energy individual possessing excellent analytical, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. Adept at preparing and presenting to senior audiences.
  • Demonstrates excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be able to maintain a professional demeanor in times of high stress.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a high-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
