• Source and screen CVs through job portals, LinkedIn, and other professional platforms.
• Conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Timejobs,Foundit)
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Good understanding of HR processes and best practices.
