Job Description : 
Legal & Contract Management:

• Evaluate, and negotiate key hospitality agreements including HMAs, franchise agreements, technical service agreements, leases, procurement contracts, and consulting contracts.

• Review contracts related to procurement, operational design, development, and business development initiatives.

• Ensure commercial alignment and risk mitigation in all agreements.

• Maintain an updated repository of contracts, renewals, amendments, and key obligations

Compliance & Governance:

• Ensure compliance with hospitality regulations, licensing, statutory requirements, and internal governance standards.

• Monitor compliance obligations under hotel management agreements and commercial contracts.

• Partner with finance, audit, and risk teams to implement governance controls and compliance reporting.

Commercial Optimization & Strategic Advisory:

• Provide legal and commercial support to asset management teams for operator performance reviews, financial governance, and commercial renegotiations.

• Support business development activities including new projects, feasibility studies, acquisitions, and partnerships.

• Offer insights on legal implications of commercial and operational decisions.

Stakeholder & Operator Management:

• Serve as the primary legal interface with hotel operators, brand partners, vendors, and consultants.

• Lead negotiations to secure favorable terms while safeguarding the Group’s strategic and financial interests. • Support resolution of legal and commercial disputes when required.

Risk Management:

• Identify and mitigate legal, commercial, and operational risks across hospitality assets.

• Provide proactive legal counsel to avoid disputes and ensure smooth business operations.

• Guide teams on compliance gaps and corrective actions.
