Job Description :
Strategic Legal Leadership: Provide visionary legal leadership and guidance to senior management and business teams on real estate transactions, disputes, and regulatory matters.
- Real Estate Transactions: Oversee and negotiate complex real estate transactions, including joint ventures, partnerships, and development agreements.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with real estate laws, regulations, and industry standards, including RERA, property registration, and taxation laws.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate legal risks associated with real estate transactions and projects, and develop strategies to minimize potential liabilities.
- Litigation Management: Manage and oversee complex litigation, arbitration, and other disputes related to real estate transactions and projects.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of senior lawyers and legal professionals, providing guidance, development opportunities, and succession planning.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, external counsel, regulatory bodies, government agencies, and other relevant parties.
