Manager: You should be a qualified CA with 1-2 years of post-qualification experience in Statutory audits, Finance & Accounts
Skill sets needed:
- Basic understanding of various financial processes
- Familiarity with regular financial reports prepared for the management
- Strong analytical skills
- Detailed-oriented and ability to identify financial challenges, propose solutions, and support decision-making
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of ERP systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
