Position: Financial Analyst
Qualification: B.com
Experience: 5 to 9 years
Location: Hyderabad

Job description

Responsibilities
  • Posts transactions in the accounting system
  • Reviews transaction documents and recognizes/posts revenue
  • Issues invoices and distributes to brokers or clients according to the given instructions
  • Performs administrative tasks (enters transaction details to the system, collects approvals, validates information from the operations)
  • Validates and books journals in the accounting system
  • Monitors mailbox and resolves queries raised by the stakeholders
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
  • Degree from a four-year college or university program with an emphasis in accounting, finance or related field required. A minimum of two years prior accounting, finance, or related experience. Experience with real estate accounting software preferred
  • Requires in-depth knowledge of financial terms and principles.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly developed written, and, oral skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving ability.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well under pressure with a proactive approach to unusual occurrences.
  • Ability to handle multiple requests with varying deadlines while maintaining routine workload requirements and deadlines.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Knowledge of PeopleSoft Financial is preferred.
