Finance SAP Payroll Expert, 10 to 15 years in Gurugram

Job Description

• Ensure delivery of payroll processing, operational aspects of payroll processing and associated activities that are accurately carried out on a month-on-month basis within appropriate timeframes.
• Hands on Experience in SAP to managed In-house Payroll
• Develop procedures and preparation, documentation, payroll check list, payroll taxes.
• Process new joiners and leavers payroll accurately in accordance with state rules and statutes.
• Review and complete tax and other statutory payroll filings prior to the due date.
• Posting JVs in SAP and Reconciling with payments
• Adhere to statutory compliances and highlight shortfalls and risks.
• Support all internal and external audits related to payroll.
• Handle Income tax and full and final settlements timely and accurately
• Handle payroll & Reimbursement queries.
• Analyse, audit, reconcile and resolve complex payroll processing issues.
• Preparation of monthly challans and returns for TDS, PF, PT, ESIC, etc.
• Ensure that the pay and benefits plans comply with the State laws.
• Prepare relevant weekly, monthly, quarterly and year-end reports.
• Support all internal and external audits related to payroll.
• Prepare detailed variance analysis and reports prior to the payroll cycle for all types of pay- outs - statutory returns and ensure compliance to all monthly, quarterly and annual payments and returns.
• Post payroll transaction, ensure appropriate monthly reconciliations as per the payroll calendar.

• Graduation
• Expert in Excel/Advance excel & reporting, Automation, Dashboard
• 5+ years of Finance working experience in end to end payroll processing is a must.
• Hands on experience in SAP is mandatory.
• In-depth understanding and knowledge of Indian Taxes (TDS), ESI, PF, PT, Gratuity and other critical payroll statutes.
• Good written and verbal communication skills
