Finance Manager, 3 to 7 years in Bangalore

Job Description

• Collaborate with TSPs to analyze brand/sub-cat P&L, extracting valuable insights.
• Drive critical business goals like enhancing vendor terms, managing operational costs, and contributing to Free cash flows.
• Weekly tracking of margins at category/sub-cat/brand through pricing driver reports
• Partner with Vendor managers in JBPs, contributing to effective negotiations
• Plan and execute events/promotions/deals
• Engage with brands for RTV opportunities or to liquidate unhealthy inventory.
• Evaluate business proposals on deal buy and promo campaign
• Track Contra COGS agreement and recovery from brands weekly
• Periodically inspect open POs, procurement cost, pricing logic, and inventory forecast
• Monitor reimbursements and business waste at the product line/brand/sub-cat level, driving actions to minimize costs

• Master\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (often preferred).
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation may be preferred.
• Extensive financial leadership experience, including CFO experience in a large, complex marketplace.
• Strong financial acumen and strategic thinking skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of marketplace-specific financial dynamics and regulatory considerations
