Finance Executive, 4 to 8 years in Thane

Job Description

• The ideal candidate should be qualified Chartered Accountant.
• At least 2+ years of experience.
• Expertise in one or a combination of the following industries: Real Estate, Hospitality, FMCG (Food), Healthcare, Education, and Agriculture/Farming
• Proficient knowledge of accounting principles, standards, taxation laws (GST/TDS/Income Tax etc) and regulations
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Hands-on experience with an ERP system and advanced skills in MS Excel and other accounting software

• Assume responsibility for effectively managing and supervising payroll processing, guaranteeing precise and punctual disbursement of employee salaries
• Oversee and update the Real Estate ERP system, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data. Monitor financial transactions, tracking expenses, and efficiently managing cash flows within the ERP

• Regularly maintain the ERP system, conduct audits, and establish internal controls. Offer guidance and support to project managers and stakeholders on financial matters and industry best practices
• Hands-on experience and knowledge of all statutory compliances including GST, TDS, Income Tax and other relevant compliances
• Creation of financial MIS reports
