Finance Analyst, 1 to 3 years in New Delhi

Job Description

1. CA/MBA (Finance) with 1-2 years work experience in finance preferably in credit appraisals, financial due diligence (ratio analysis, B/S and P&L analysis, financial projections), report writing, industry research etc.
2. He/ she should possess Microsoft office (word, excel and power-point) skills.

1. The Retainer will primarily be responsible for appraisal (business appraisal and financial appraisal) of prospective companies under Private Equity Funds managed by the company in a team.
2. He/ she will be responsible for activities like marketing of funds.
3. He/ she will be responsible for carrying out site visits of the sanctioned deals.
4. He/ she will be responsible for preparing appraisal notes and presentation to the Screening/Investment committees.
5. Coordination with Legal, Secretarial, Fin. & Acts. and Monitoring team, for documentation, disbursements of sanctioned assistance, monitoring of cases from sanctioning till exits.
