Executive/ Sr. Executive - Legal, 4 to 5 years in Mumbai

Job Description

• Should be able to handle RERA registration for new project till closure of projects including all legal documentations required for the same and coordination with departments for collating requisite documents & information for registration
• Should be responsible for Quarterly RERA compliances
• Drafting (MOU, AFS)
• RERA litigation (Except for Appearance)
• Should have knowledge of agricultural land acquisition with knowledge of Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, Bombay Agricultural Land Tenancy Act and experience in due diligence (reading 7/12, Mutations, Peek Pahani)
• Should be able to draft legal documents and agreements
• Should have handled vetting of Legal and Land Acquisition documents
• Should have done Interdepartmental coordinations
• Should have knowledge of reading and drafting documents in Marathi Language
• Should be able to do other assignments as per business requirements
