Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes
- Handle confidential documents and maintain discretion in all communications
- Draft, format, and proofread reports, emails, letters, and presentations
- Serve as the point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
- Organize and maintain files, records, and office systems
- Monitor and respond to emails and other communications on behalf of the executive
- Assist in preparing data and reports for meetings, reviews, and presentations
- Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth flow of information
- Manage office supplies and handle administrative tasks as needed
