Role & responsibilities
1. Oversee and perform legal department operations, setting strategic goals and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
2. Ensure compliance with laws,regulations, and industry standards, mitigating risks effectively.
3. Provide expert legal advice to senior management and department heads.
4. Manage contract negotiation, drafting, and review processes to safeguard the organization\'s interests.
5. Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, external legal partners, and regulatory agencies.
6. Develop and implement initiatives to streamline legal processes and optimize department efficiency.
7. Drive continuous improvement within the legal department, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing innovative solutions.
Preferred candidate profile
1. Completion of either a L.L.B. degree or a bachelor\'s degree in any field.
2. At least 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience.
3. Proven ability to offer strategic legal advice and handle complex legal matters effectively.
4. Strong leadership, communication, and people skills.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
6. Experience in negotiating, drafting, and reviewing contracts.
7. Good understanding of laws, regulations, and industry standards relevant to the organization.
