Job description
ROLES:
- Vendor invoice Processing for Global Workplace
- Experience (Client)
- Knowledge on SAP/Ariba knowledge.
- Payment process to Landlord and maintain MIS.
- Process expenses of mail room employees.
- Vendor Code Creation of All above Entities in Ariba.
- Prepare PO in System
- Prepare Monthly Provision.
- Maintaining cross charge & accounting of the same.
- Follow up with finance team for vendor payment & vendor code Creation.
- Collecting vendor cheques from Treasury Dept & dispatching them to vendors.
- Reverting to vendors payment related query.
- Prepare various MIS.
- Prepare different presentation on Monthly basis,
- Keep record of service agreement.
- Vendors Facility Related Invoices Management for Vendors (PR Creation / PO Creation/ Payment follow up)
- Vendor coordination
- NDC Collections
