Job Description :

Capital Market  Services with respect to IPOs, Rights issues, Debt Issues, Delisting of Shares, Takeover code compliances, Valuation of Shares, Valuation of Business and other such transacitons carried out and regulated by the capital markets in India and relevant regulatory authorities.

Acitvely involved in execution of assignments relating to Capital Market deals, research and internal team functions
Assistance in the Business Development within the Capital Market Services Team.

Working Knowledge in the fields of Capital Market Services. 

Project execution may involve preparation of financial models, structuring financial products, preparing information memorandums/prospectus/letter of offer, interacting with client, representing matters before regulators, investors and lenders and other such matters to assist the client as per the terms of the mandate / engagement letter
