Executive Assistants

Job Description

• He/she will provide support and assistance to the assigned Director in developing, implementing and monitoring new business strategies/ initiatives for the organisation
• The role holder will assist in developing annual Planning and Budgeting process for the assigned Business/ Function.
• He/she will work to ensure that the feedback from the Directors is incorporated in all initiatives by coordination and following through with relevant stakeholders and collaborators
• The role holder will work on multiple projects at a time and through effective and efficient project management skills, ensure each project is driven to closure
• The incumbent will work to define, coordinate, and conduct discussion on dashboards and MIS as desired by the Director as part of the preparation of monthly executive committee meetings and business reviews
• In addition to these activities, the role holder would also be responsible for tracking of Business
• Transformation initiatives for each function and businesses
• Special Projects - There would be certain critical time-bound projects assigned to the role holder, as and
• when the need arises
• Execution excellence and ability to multi-task, successfully adapt to changes in work priorities
• Should be a self-starter and able to take responsibilities and meet the target within the timeline set.
• Critical thinking and eye for detail
• Interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with multiple stakeholder groups
• Integrity; work involves handling sensitive issues and confidential information requiring discretion on the employee\'s part
