Job Description

• Financial Statements Preparation: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, in accordance with INDAS / IGAAP
• Month-End Close: Manage the month-end close process, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded accurately and timely.
• MIS Preparation of MIS and analysis of actual performance with budget
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal reporting requirements, including tax filings and statutory audits.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct variance analysis to compare actual results with budgeted figures, identifying trends and providing insights for management decisions.
• Consolidation: Consolidation of financial statements for multiple entities within Invit

• Policies and Procedures: Develop, implement, and maintain accounting policies and procedures to ensure the integrity of financial data.
• Audit Support: Coordinate with internal and external auditors, providing necessary documentation and explanations during audit processes.
• Reconciliations: Perform regular reconciliations of general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.

• Budget Preparation: Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, working closely with various departments to gather necessary information.
• Forecasting: Prepare financial forecasts based on historical data, current trends, and future projections.
