- Maintenance of various books & Registers as per Companies Act, 2013.
- Exposure in XBRL filing of annual accounts & Cost records.
- Competence in liasioning with ROC, MCA and various other statutory Authorities.
Preferred candidate profile
- Sound skill of drafting minutes, agenda, various resolutions and other documents and deeds.
- Competence in filing of various e-forms along with preparations of necessary annexures.
