Job Description

• Proficient in utilizing ERP software for efficient financial data management.
• Ensure accurate and timely input of financial transactions into the ERP system.

• Lead the process of finalizing accounts and preparing balance sheets.
• Verify financial statements to ensure compliance with accounting standards.

• Stay updated and well-versed with income tax laws, GST regulations, and other relevant tax codes.

• Ensure adherence to tax laws in financial transactions and reporting.

• Possess strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Communicate financial information effectively to internal and external stakeholders.

• Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Excel for financial analysis, reporting, and data manipulation.

• Utilize Excel for creating financial models and reports.

• Extensive experience and proficiency in using Tally software for accounting purposes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using Tally.

• Act as a collaborative team player within the Department.
• Work closely with team members to achieve common financial goals.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience as an Dy. Manager or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, Income-tax laws, GST, and Accounting Standards.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Exceptional time management skills.
