Qualification: LLB

Job description
Roles and Responsibilities

1. Provide leadership and ensure efficient and effective management of staff and resources in the Legal department.
2. Drafting and vetting of Indian and International MOUs, Joint Ventures, Agreements relating to Infra Projects and Real Estate & Property Devlopment
3. Advise management on legal implications of internal policies and procedures.
4. Ensure Statutory Compliance of all matters / issues under various legislation of the State and Central Government.
5. Should be able to handle NCLT and DRT cases
6. Sound knowledge in handling all Law enforcement agencies
7. Should be able to deal with independent agencies appointed under various Agreements relating to Legal and Contractual matter.
8. Study of Contract Agreement and contractual communications; and identify areas of disputes.
9. Coordinate with Advocates and various courts with regard to company petitions, civil matters, insurance matters, recovery of claims court matters, writs etc.
10. Filing of civil cases like injunctions, suits and specific performances cases etc. relating to contracts/Agreements.
11. Coordinate with Company\'s standing counsels for seeking opinion and filling of cases.
12. Should be able to prepare claims / variations by coordinating and correspond with all concerned Departments.
13. Identify of potential claims and variations from the Contract Agreements & realization in favour of the Company.
14. Invoke conciliation and arbitration proceedings wherever required.
15. Attend Arbitration & Court Cases and legal proceedings.
16. Brief the Advocates with regard to fact and circumstances of the case.
