Job description
Role & responsibilities


  • Balance sheet & PNL Scrutiny and get it pass all the pending necessary JVs and rectification entries in the system.
  • Preparing all MISs as and when required by the Management daily, Weekly, Fortnightly and Monthly basis.
  • Preparing Budget and reviewing the same with actual numbers
  • Co-ordination with all other departments i.e. Liasioning, Architecture, Project and Purchase and make the Project wise Cash Flow Bar chart.
  • Co-ordination with IIFL and replying back by fulfilling all the requirements of data informations and correspondence.
  • Preparing Debtors & Creditors ageing report & further taking clarification from Management.
  • Monitoring and maintaining all fixed assets and depreciation expenses.
  • Update Books of accounts as per 26 AS Report Before Closing of Balance sheet for the Financial Year
  • Prepare SOPs of each and every department
  • Conducting the weekly review meeting with Project team and share the final review with management
  • Update GST sheet further for making the Payment to the Authority.
  • General Ledger account transactions and reconciliations prepared by accounting staff.
  • Maintaining Society Account with Maintenance Receipt and Payments.
  • Preparing Project PPT Presentation.
  • Cash flow Management/ Fund Flow Management.
  • Banking Management.
  • Checking Project wise Customer agreement and Preparing Receivable Data.
  • Fulfil compliance requirements as and when demand by our NBFC (IIFL).
