ROLE STATEMENT:
Job Description
- Review, redlining and drafting of agreements. Contract Standardization and maintenance of Repository.
- Manage contract life cycle. Provides interpretation, guidance and risk assessment for project co-ordinators.
- For new client contracts, works with the Commercial team, Operations and BD teams (as appropriate) to facilitate contract finalizations.
- Reviews and interprets contract terms and conditions to ensure compliance by OGL, OGL subcontractors and clients.
- Manages databases containing client contract files. Such databases will include client contract documents, all amendments/modifications/change orders, formal client correspondence, the log of delivery obligations required by the client contract, and other material as appropriate.
- Creates/ captures key contractual data based upon previous documents or research conducted. Participates in projects requiring building of new contract repositories or updating/ validating captured contractual information. Enters required contract data into database fields.
- Acts as an interface with client and internal staff regarding contractual issues; proactively identifies and resolves issues and communicates approach.
- Adheres to OGL Contracts Compliance policies and procedures (e.g., Delegation of Authority, Change Management) on all activities undertaken. Performs required compliance activities including updating databases and maintaining currency of information.
