ROLE STATEMENT:
Job Description
  • Review, redlining and drafting of agreements. Contract Standardization and maintenance of Repository.
  • Manage contract life cycle. Provides interpretation, guidance and risk assessment for project co-ordinators.
  • For new client contracts, works with the Commercial team, Operations and BD teams (as appropriate) to facilitate contract finalizations.
  • Reviews and interprets contract terms and conditions to ensure compliance by OGL, OGL subcontractors and clients.
  • Manages databases containing client contract files. Such databases will include client contract documents, all amendments/modifications/change orders, formal client correspondence, the log of delivery obligations required by the client contract, and other material as appropriate.
  • Creates/ captures key contractual data based upon previous documents or research conducted. Participates in projects requiring building of new contract repositories or updating/ validating captured contractual information. Enters required contract data into database fields.
  • Acts as an interface with client and internal staff regarding contractual issues; proactively identifies and resolves issues and communicates approach.
  • Adheres to OGL Contracts Compliance policies and procedures (e.g., Delegation of Authority, Change Management) on all activities undertaken. Performs required compliance activities including updating databases and maintaining currency of information.

Expression of legal opinion on RFP, RFQ and Business Development Activities
Creation & Management of Agreement Repository and maintenance of records on a routine manner
Update and Maintenance of Legal Tracker & Contract Life Cycle Management
Providing support during Internal & External Audits
Validation of Legal Documents prior to sign-off
