 Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and enhance customer relationships.
 New Account Registration: Process customer registration through Forms.
 Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer concerns.
 Making and Sending Quotations: Prepare quotations for required articles and services.
 New Lead Generation: Communicate with leads to arranging meetings and secure new business
opportunities.
 Sales Operations: Oversee daily sales coordination & operations.
 Repeat Business: Encourage and manage repeat customer sales.
 Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify additional sales opportunities.
 Lead Management: Generate and convert sales leads.
 Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline effectively.
