Credit Manager, 8 To 12 Years In Delhi

Job Description

• Excellent knowledge of the Indian market, experience/closed transactions with large Indian corporates and financial sponsors
• Origination and execution of credit deals in the Indian market in close coordination with head office in Moscow
• Development of a strategy for the Indian market in terms of provision of credit services
• Providing support to the MDs in origination of credit deals in Indian market, potential deals screening and negotiations with clients
• Full execution process of the transactions, including:
• supervision of the relevant analysis, documentation and presentation materials preparation in full compliance with existing policies and procedures
• transaction process organization and management
• negotiation with the counterparties, etc.
• Participation in business planning on the team and implementation of the business plan within the assigned business segment
• Preparation and discussion of analysis and documents for internal business needs

• Successful 5+ year experience in corporate credit, including an extensive track-record of executed transactions
• Deep practical knowledge of corporate loans, RBI & FEMA regulations and professional skills in financial modeling and credit analysis
• Developed professional communication skills
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Degree in economics or finance from a top university
