Role : Company Secretary
Experience : 6 to 8 years

Job Description :
Handle end-to-end secretarial compliance for listed companies in accordance with the Companies Act, 2013
Manage IPO-related compliances, including drafting and filing of offer documents, liaison with SEBI, stock exchanges, RTA, and other intermediaries
Ensure compliance with SEBI (LODR) Regulations, SEBI (ICDR), PIT, and other applicable SEBI regulations
Draft and review Board Meeting and AGM/EGM notices, agendas, minutes, and resolutions
Handle stock exchange filings and disclosures within prescribed timelines
Coordinate with auditors, legal advisors, bankers, and regulatory authorities
Maintain statutory registers, records, and filings with ROC, SEBI, and Stock Exchanges
Advise the Board and senior management on corporate governance matters
Monitor regulatory updates and ensure timely implementation of changes
Support corporate actions such as bonus issue, rights issue, preferential allotment, and ESOPs
Experience : 6 to 8 years
