Role : Company Secretary Execution Team (Hybrid Mode)
Location: Mumbai
Work Mode: Hybrid
Experience: 4–5 Years PQE
Qualification: Qualified Company Secretary (ACS)
Preferred Background: Practicing Company Secretary (PCS) Firm

Key Responsibilities:
- Handling end-to-end secretarial compliances for Private Limited Companies, Public Listed Companies, Public Unlisted Companies, and LLPs.
- Drafting notices, agendas, minutes, resolutions, and maintaining statutory records.
- Managing ROC filings, annual compliances, and event-based filings under the Companies Act, 2013 and LLP Act.
- Assisting in board meetings, shareholder meetings, and corporate actions.
- Supporting secretarial audits, due diligence, and corporate restructuring assignments.
- Liaising with clients, regulatory authorities, and internal teams.
Requirements:
- Qualified Company Secretary with 4–5 years of experience in a PCS firm.
- Strong knowledge of Companies Act, 2013, SEBI Regulations, LLP Act, Secretarial Standards, and corporate compliances.
- Experience in handling listed and unlisted entities independently.
- Excellent drafting, communication, and execution skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and client engagements.
