• Drafting and preparation of Notices, Agenda.
• Handling of Legal Case and follow up with Advocates, attending Court/Legal matter
• Conducting of meetings
• Drafting and preparation of Minutes of meetings of Companies/LLPs
• Preparation of Directors Report
• Handling of Annual Filing for Companies as well as LLP.
• Merger/Demerger and Capital Reduction of Company
• Increase of Authorized and Paid up capital of the Company.
• Operating MCA 21 Portal, Preparation and filling various forms through e-filling process.
• Various Compliances with the Corporate Laws
• Private Placement and Right Issue of Shares
• Allotment of Shares, Stamp Duty payment pertaining to Issue of Share Certificate
• Change of name and Object of Companies.
• Alteration of Memorandum and Articles of Association of Companies.
• Incorporation of Company/LLP
• Demat of Shares
• Preparation and Maintenance of Statutory Registers, Various forms and other documents as required under Companies Act.
• Shifting of Registered office of the Company from one state to another/within Local Limited
• Buy Back of Shares.
• Bonus Issue of the Shares
• Payment of Dividend
• Inspection of Companies, Search Report as well as charge report
• Appointment and Resignation of Director, Auditor as well as Partner
• Applying for DIN and DSC
• Transfer of Shares
• Annual Filing in XBRL Format
• Well verse with latest Circular, Notification and Amended Rules and Sections of Companies Act 2013
• Handling of Compliances of Public/Private Company
• Drafting of various agreements, POA, Affidavits, etc.
• Filling of FLA/ODI return with RBI
• Compliance as per Secretarial Standards
• Strike off of name of Company
