We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional who is a qualified Company Secretary with 3 - 4 years of post qualification experience from Pvt Ltd Companies / reputed PCS firms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing statutory compliances, supporting board governance, and handling secretarial documentation across the organization.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing statutory compliances, supporting board governance, and handling secretarial documentation across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Corporate Compliance & Secretarial Duties:
- Ensure timely compliance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, and related statutory regulations.
- Managed Right issue, Private Placement, Preferential allotment, Conversion of loan into equity and E-Filings with respect to the same.
- Prepare and maintain statutory registers and records.
- Draft and circulate notices, agendas, and minutes of Board Meetings, AGMs, and Committee Meetings.
- Handle e-filings with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), including MGT-7, AOC-4, PAS-6, DIR KYC, etc.
- Filing of various Forms under Companies Act,2013 and LLP Act,2008 on MCA V2& V3 Portal.
- Monitor adherence to company policies and corporate governance standards.
Liaison & Coordination:
- Coordinate with regulatory bodies such as ROC, SEBI.
- Collaborate with internal departments on compliance matters.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Qualified Company Secretary (ACS)
- Strong understanding of Companies Act, Corporate laws, Contract law, and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent drafting, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proficient in using MCA and other legal/compliance portals.
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and maintain confidentiality.
